Velynthos ("we", "us") builds business software. This policy explains what happens to your information when you visit this website or contact us. We keep it simple because we keep your data simple.
1. Basic visit analytics
This website has no login and no account. We use Google Analytics to see general information like how many people visit, which pages they read, and which country or city they browse from. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell or share this information. Google Analytics does not know your name, email, or phone number unless you separately choose to give it to us.
2. The contact form opens WhatsApp
When you fill in the contact form, nothing is saved on this website. The form simply builds a message and opens WhatsApp so you can send it to us yourself. Whatever you choose to send then reaches us the same way any WhatsApp message would — through WhatsApp, on your own phone or computer. WhatsApp's own privacy terms apply to that message.
3. What we receive when you contact us
If you message us on WhatsApp, email us at info@velynthos.com, or call us, we receive the details you send — usually your name, your company, your phone number, and what you would like us to build. We use these details only to reply to you and to discuss your project. We do not add you to any marketing list without your permission.
4. If you become a client
When we build and set up software for a client, that software runs on the client's own computer or server. The business data inside it — bills, payments, salaries and so on — belongs to the client and stays with the client. We only access it when you ask us to, for setup, support or a change you have requested, and we treat everything we see as confidential.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing. We would only share information if the law required us to.
6. Your choices
You can contact us any time to ask what details we hold about you, to correct them, or to ask us to delete them. Just message us on WhatsApp or email info@velynthos.com and we will take care of it.
7. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. For anything you are unsure about, please just ask — we would rather explain in plain words than hide behind fine print.
